St. Patrick's Day Parade & Festival of Tucson
The purpose of this organization is the presentation of a St. Patrickıs
Day parade and  festival, on or near the 17th of March each year.  A variety
of entertainment is presented, as well as information on Irish activities and heritage,
with items, food and drink for sale. A porton of each yearıs proceeds are donated to
charity.

Irish American Gaelic Society of Tucson
Founded over two decades ago, principally by native-born Irish, this is Tucsonıs Irish social club, presenting several cultural events yearly, including the annual Christmas Party. IAGSı newsletter, The  Blarney Stone, is the only Irish newsletter in Tucson, and provides a variety of information, including upcoming events of interest.  As a non-profit organization, IAGS donates a portion of itııs yearly income to charity.

The Emerald Isle of Tucson
This for-charity organization focuses on presenting three quality Irish-related events per year: The Emerald Ball, held approximately a week prior to St. Patrickıs Day; Tir na nOg, the yearly Halloween Dance (itıs an ancient Irish holiday, folks!); and itıs Distinguished Speaker series. Several charities are the beneficiaries of these fund-raising events.

Ancient Order of Hibernians
Founded in the United States to assist newly-arrived Irish immigrants, as well as those already here, by protecting their civil and religious rights, necessitated by the existing culture of the time.

Tucson/ Roscommon Sister Cities
In recognition of the birthplace of Tucsonıs founder, Hugh OıConor (Hugo Oconor), Roscommon was selected as Tucsonıs sister city.  Many combined events, visits and dinners have been observed between these two cities.

Tucson - Pima Public/ County Roscommon Sister Libraries
This is an agreement (March 18, 2000) between the Tucson Main Library and the Childrenıs Library of Roscommon City, primarily to trade childrenıs books and to communicate with and learn about each otherıs lives and cultures.

Tucson/ Ulster Project
This organizationıs purpose is to bring six Protestant and six Catholic teenagers from a troubled area of Northern Ireland  to Tucson to visit with host families, see the sights and interact in a variety of public service activities.

Bracken School of Irish Dance
The purpose of this dance school is to teach competitive Irish dancing as well as provide
entertainment in the form of performances at a variety of venues in and around Tucson. Holds the Feile Rince Tucson (Irish Dance competition) every May. Bracken School Tucson is a branch of Bracken School of Dance, headed by Tom Bracken, cenrtered in the greater Phoenix area, with an additional branch in San Diego.
