Scottish Organizations in Tucson
Seven Pipers Society Founded in the 1960s, Seven Pipers is comprised of several pipe bands, a ceilidh band, singers and Highland and Scottish Country dancers and perform for many Scottish and other civic events in and around Tucson. Their annual show is presented every March and is always a house-packer. As a non-profit organization, Seven Pipers annually contribute to many charities and sponsor scholarships. Instruction is also provided for dancers, pipers, drummers and singers. Note: There are more than Seven Pipers at any given time, but a good name is a good name!

Tucson Celtic Festival Initially founded in 1987, as a highland games committee, Celtic Festival has expanded to include participation by all Celtic organizations at the annual Festival, always on the first Saturday of November. Celtic Festival is also a non-profit organization. Previously held at Reid Park (87-95), Pima College (96), Greenfields Day School (97-8), now is located at Rillito Raceway (99-on).

Southern Arizona Scottish Society
A non-profit Scottish social society, founded in 1975, annually presents a very popular Robert Burns Dinner, on the closest Saturday to the Bard of Scotland’s birthday, January 25th. Members also support every other Scottish/Celtic event held in Tucson. Monthly meetings combine potluck meals with varied Scottish entertainment.
